Satinder is a corporate, commercial, and real estate lawyer in our solicitor group.

His extensive corporate experience includes business entity formation, business purchase and sale transactions (assets and shares), reorganization and restructuring of private companies, and drafting shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements.

Satinder’s real estate practice includes advising clients regarding land acquisitions and sales, commercial leases and residential tenancies. In addition to his corporate and real estate practice, he also assists clients with immigration matters.

‍

Satinder completed his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia where he played varsity soccer before obtaining his JD at the University of Victoria.

‍

Prior to joining KSW Lawyers, Satinder articled at a national law firm in downtown Vancouver, then practiced in commercial real estate at an international law firm in downtown Vancouver before starting his own law firm in Surrey.
