Mandeep practice is centered on commercial real estate transactions and development. He offers comprehensive advice to clients across all stages of real estate development, from the acquisition of development lands to navigating the complex processes of rezoning, subdivision, and obtaining necessary development approvals. Mandeep also assists with the marketing and promotion of development projects; Drafting disclosure statements, strata bylaws, purchase agreements, and ancillary documents to ensure compliance with the Real Estate Development Marketing Act;

Mandeep's extensive experience includes: Representing developers in all aspects of development, including commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, and master-planned community projects throughout the Lower Mainland; Advising on acquisition financing, construction financing, and deposit protection insurance facilities for development projects; Assisting developers with site assemblies for larger projects; Representing purchasers in the acquisition of income-producing properties; and Preparing development and construction management agreements.

Having joined KSW Lawyers in 2025, Mandeep earned his JD from the University of Victoria’s Faculty of Law and a BBA from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business.
