Karn specializes in criminal and family law and has a wealth of experience in civil litigation. He is dedicated to providing quality legal representation to his clients and has successfully represented them at both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Prior to joining KSW Lawyers, he gained valuable experience as an associate at a leading criminal law, personal injury and insurance defence firm.

Karn was called to the bar in 2020, after completing his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex in 2018 During his studies, Karn also worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury firm, gaining practical experience while preparing for his National Committee in Accreditation exams. Prior to commencing his legal education, Karn obtained his Bachelors in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2016.

As a bilingual professional, Karn takes pride in offering exceptional legal services in both English and Punjabi, fluently navigating both languages to effectively communicate with and cater to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, Karn enjoys staying active, regularly hitting the court to hone his basketball skills, going to the gym and enjoying BC’s beautiful scenery with his beloved dog.
