Jillian and her team assist clients with all  family law matters, including divorce and common law separation, property division, child and spousal support, parenting issues, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements.

Jillian graduated from Capilano University with a Bachelor of Legal Studies with distinction.  In 2019, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Thomson Rivers University (TRU) and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2020.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jillian gained extensive experience working as a paralegal in litigation.

Jillian joined KSW Lawyers in August 2024 and works in its Surrey office, where she assists clients with family law matters.  Before joining KSW Lawyers, Jillian gained experience in a variety of areas, including family law, personal injury and civil litigation.  She has advocated for clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has experience mediating and negotiating settlements.

In addition to her practice, Jillian is an instructor at Capilano University’s School of Legal Studies, where she enjoys dedicating time to educating paralegal students.

Outside of work, Jillian enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants.
