Heather Blatchford and her team can assist clients with all real estate matters, including commercial and residential conveyancing, mortgages and financing, land development, and residential or commercial leasing.
Heather has extensive experience working with business and corporate clients throughout the Lower Mainland. She regularly advises on and prepares business agreements, assists in buying and selling businesses, incorporations, franchising, business successions, corporate reorganizations and more.
Heather also assists clients with administration of complex trusts and estates. She has significant experience drafting wills and trusts, powers of attorney and representation agreements.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Law Degree. She has been with Kane Shannon Weiler LLP since September 1999 in its White Rock office in South Surrey.
Throughout the years, Heather has frequently volunteered to speak at real estate firms, financial institutions, and various other professional groups. She has been a guest instructor at several Professional Legal Training courses for the Law Society of British Columbia and local continuing education organizations, and enjoys dedicating time to educate the public and business community.
Heather lives in South Surrey with her family.
