Harneel joined KSW Lawyers in October 2022 as a litigation associate. Her practice is comprised of matters relating to personal property disputes, estate litigation, construction disputes and general litigation.
Harneel grew up in Surrey, B.C. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. In 2018, Harneel obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2019.
Prior to joining KSW Lawyers, Harneel practiced primarily criminal law at one of Canada’s leading criminal defence firms in downtown Vancouver. She has represented clients at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. In 2021, Harneel expanded her practice to include personal property disputes and has since gained extensive experience in representing individuals in front of administrative tribunals.
Outside of work, Harneel enjoys spending time with her family, playing competitive soccer and hiking various trails throughout B.C. Having been raised in Surrey, Harneel also makes efforts to give back to her community by participating in local events.
