Eoin Logan and his team assist clients with various litigation matters, his main focus is professional negligence claims against immigration consultants and immigration lawyers.
Eoin Logan name has extensive experience working with individuals, business and corporate clients throughout the Lower Mainland. He regularly advises on and litigates claims in negligence against immigration professionals in the Supreme Court of BC. Eoin has conducted numerous trials achieving successful results for his clients and approaches his files from a practical perspective.
Eoin name grew up in Cork, Ireland, and graduated from the University College Cork with a Bachelor in Law in 2009 and an LLM in 2010. Eoin completed his NCA examinations and was called to the BC in BC in 2017 where he has practiced ever since.
Eoin Logan has worked at Kane Shannon Weiler LLP since November 2024 at their Surrey office. Eoin assists clients in his main areas of practice which is professional negligence claims against immigration consultants and immigration lawyers.
Throughout the years, Eoin name has frequently volunteered to help community organisations and new immigrants to Canada. Eoin sits on the board of directors for the Ireland-Canada Chamber of Commerce. Eoin is a member of the CILA Ethics committees for immigration lawyers n Canada. Eoin sits on the Migrant Worker’s Centre ‘Legal Action Committee’ which discusses trends in the legal rights of new immigrants to Canada. Eoin is a regular volunteer with Irish community events in the Lower Mainland and regularly hosts visiting Irish politicians.
Eoin has been a speaker at professional development events for the CBA, CILA and IMM Seminars. Eoin appeared on an episode of the Borderlines Podcast explaining his work in relation to immigration negligence. Eoin enjoys dedicating time to educate the public and business community on how negligence in an immigration practice can lead to potential civil liability.
Eoin lives in Tsawwassen with his wife, son and dog Stevie, When Eoin isn’t walking the dog or at an Irish community event, he can be found hiking up or snowboarding down the local mountains
