Dan Grice and his team assist clients with real estate, business, and estate planning matters.
Dan has extensive experience working with individual, business and corporate clients in Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission. He regularly advises on and prepares wills, complex trusts, business acquisitions and incorporations agreement, complex re-organizations, land development and real estate.
Dan grew up in the Fraser Valley, and graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Classical Archaeology. He worked in software development and technology sales in Vancouver, before heading to the University of Manitoba to receive his JD degree in law in 2013. He worked in Abbotsford since 2014 with Integra Law Group and DNC Integra Lawyers prior to their merger with KSW Lawyers in 2022.
Dan is a member of the Fraser Valley Tax Technical Group and the Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford. He has won scholastic awards in tax law and copyright, and works with accountants and business owners from simple to complex matters.
Dan lives in the Fraser Valley with his young family.
