Arjun Hair assists clients with all business and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract reviews, commercial and residential conveyancing, financing, land development, and property leasing.

Arjun has experience working with individuals and businesses throughout the Lower Mainland. He regularly advises on business contracts, buying and selling businesses, incorporations, and more.

Arjun also assists clients with reviewing and drafting contracts in the technology, entertainment, and digital media sector, including production and talent agreements, release agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data sharing agreements.

Arjun was born and raised in Surrey and graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and a Minor in Commerce in 2017. Arjun joined Kane Shannon Weiler LLP in August, 2020 in its Surrey office. Arjun’s primary areas of practice are business and real estate law.

Arjun is active in his community and volunteers with the Surrey Board of Trade. He also regularly fundraises for charities including the Pivot Legal Foundation, Elizabeth Fry Society, and the Terry Fox Foundation.

Prior to law school, Arjun worked in marketing as a digital content creator for brands all over Canada. As a lawyer, Arjun keeps up his creativity by exploring BC with his ever growing collection of vintage cameras.
